  2. Now heat oil in a frying pan add in minced garlic and saute.next add in all finely chopped vegetable and 1/2tsp of sugar.fry vegetable till it's half cooked under high flame.reduce high flame add vinegar and salt
  3. Now add cooked rice and salt mix well under high flame for 1-2 min.switch off flame garnish with spring onion green.serve it hot with pepper powder and sause gravy dish.i serve it with chilli babycorn.
