  11. 1/2 tsp Green chilli sauce -
  12. 1/2 tsp Red chilli sauce -
  13. 1 /2 tsp Vinegar -
  14. 1 tsp Spring garlic/ onion - for garnish
  15. For Indian flavour rice :
  16. 1 cup Boiled & cooked rice -
  17. 1/2 cup Fresh methi leaves -
  18. 1 tbsp Garlic and chillies - chopped / paste
  19. 1/2 cup Carrots - chopped
  20. 1/2 cup Capsicum - chopped
  21. 1/2 cup Mutter - boiled
  22. 1 cup Tomatoes - chopped
  23. 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds -
  24. to taste Salt
  25. 1/4 tsp Red mirchi powder -
  26. 1/4 tsp Haldi -
  27. 1/2 tsp Garam masala -
  28. 1 tbsp Oil -
  29. Spring/Green garlic for garnish

Instructions to make to make Indochina rice

  1. Cook rice by adding little salt and oil.
  2. Do not over cook rice. Each grain should be separate.
  3. Keep aside and let it cool.
  4. Now in a large wok heat oil and put ginger garlic chillies. Saute it.
  5. Then add onions carrots. Saute it for a minute.
  6. Add salt and all sauces and vinegar. Mix well.
  7. Now put flame on high and add capsicum and cabbage. Mix well. Dont cook just mix properly.
  8. Add rice and mix well.
  9. Garnish with spring garlic/ onions.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy with choice of ur accomplishments

  12. For Indian style : In a wok/Kadai heat oil.
  13. Add mustard seeds when crackle put garlic and green chillies. Saute it.
  14. Add chopped methi and cook for 2 mins. Add chopped vegetables.
  15. Cook and add chopped tomatoes. Mix well.
  16. Add salt red mirch powder haldi and garam masala. Mix well.
  17. Add boiled mutter and rice. Mix well and cook for a min
  18. Garnish with spring garlic. Serve hot with any curry and raita/ papad/ salad.
