  10. Add tomatoes(1 large one) and stir then reduce heat a little as wait for tomatoes to soften. Boil 7cups of water as you do this
  11. Add salt then the boiled water. Add the rice turn heat to medium level. Let it cook
  12. When water is almost finishing cover so you don't have to add any more water. When cooked turn off heat and serve.
