- Firstly, in a pressure cooker heat 1 tbsp ghee and saute 1 bay leaf, 2 pods cardamom, 1-inch cinnamon, 3 cloves, 1 tsp cumin.

- Now pour 3¼ cup water and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. mix well.
- Cover and pressure cook for 5 whistles on medium flame.


- Finally, serve masala khichdi with curd and pickle.
