  3. Add the cashew garlic paste to the onions and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add the green,red capsicum and corn along with the required amount of salt and the garam masala. Cook this mixture for a couple of minutes until the veggies cook slightly. (Do not over cook the capsicum)
  5. Now add the rice to the pan and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavour combine with the rice.
  6. Note : when you cook the rice, ensure that you cook it nice a fluffy and that each rice grain is separate and not clumpy. Add a little less water than usual when you cook the rice.
