  20. 1 tbsp Spring onion finely chopped
  21. 4 pieces Jalapano
  22. 1 tbsp Boiled peas
  23. 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  24. 1 tbsp Grated cheese

Instructions to make to make Mexican rice

  1. First of all boiled rice and keep it aside.
    Heat oil in a kadai.
    Add garlic paste to it.
    Saute till rawness goes away from it
    Then add onion and saute till it becomes golden brown in colour.
    Then add tomatoes to it
    Saute till it becomes little soft.
    Then add all type of capsicum to it.
  2. Again saute for few seconds.
    Then add boiled Rajma,boiled sweet corn and boiled peas to it.
    Saute for a minute.
    Then add rice and all remaining ingredients to it.
    Mix it well.
    Let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
    Then take it out in a bowl and garnish it with coriander,mint leaves,cheese and lemon.
