  1. Cut chicken boneless into cubes marinate with soya sauce, salt, black pepper, corn flour. Set aside for 10 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a wok fry ginger garlic paste for 2mins. Then add chicken and fry it till the chicken changed the colour.
  3. Let it cook in it's own water no need to add extra water. Let the meat become tender. Close the lid on low flame.
  4. Add spices and mixed it well, after that add onions and capsicum.
