  4. Now add finely chopped veggies one by one.cook on high flame.
  5. Add red chilli powder,schezwan sauce,black pepper powder,soya sauce,salt.
  6. Now add semi boiled rice and mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Cook the rice on high flame,sprinkle green spring onion on the top.
  8. For giving a smoky taste,heat charcoal until red place cabbage leaf on the rice.arrange charcoal on the cabbage leaf,sprinkle carom seeds and spoon of ghee on the top..close the lid for 10 min.
