  13. 1 large capsicum (cut in cubes)
  14. 1 medium size onion (cut in cubes)
  15. 2 large tomatoes (cut in cubes)
  16. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  17. 2 cups chicken stock
  18. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  19. 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  20. 1 tsp vinegar
  21. 3 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
  22. 1/4 tomato Ketchup
  23. 1 tbsp sugar
  24. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  25. 2-3 tbsp corn flour
  26. to taste Salt

  29. 3 cup rice boiled
  30. 1/2 cup chicken chunks
  31. 1 tsp ginger paste
  32. 1 tsp garlic paste
  33. 3 tbsp soya sauce
  34. 1 tbsp vinegar
  35. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  36. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  37. 1/2 tsp white paper powder
  38. 2 eggs (beaten)
  39. 1/4 cup capsicum chopped
  40. 1/2 cup carrot chopped
  41. 1/4 cup spring onion chopped
  42. 3 tbsp oil
  43. to taste Salt

Steps to make to make Chicken Manchurian & fried rice

  1. First we have to marinate chicken add ginger powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder,red chilli powder, salt,soya sauce and vinegar,corn flour in the chicken mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes
  2. In a pan add oil, marinated chicken and cook until tender
  3. Then add garlic paste in chicken and capsicum and onion and cook for 2 minutes. Now add chilli garlic sauce,soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder,salt and sugar in it mix and cook for 1 minute after that add chicken stock and bring it boil
  4. Now dissolved 3 tablespoon corn flour in some water. add in the boil chicken stock now cook on medium flame until it get required sauce consistency.now add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute. Chicken manchurian is ready
  5. Boiled rice set a side. Beat the egg add pinch of salt, black pepper. Now heat oil in pan add Beaten eggs and stir fry on medium flame then remove fried egg
  6. Add 2 tbsp oil chicken chunks and ginger garlic paste, and sirf fry.now add carrots and capsicum in it. Saute all vegetables for few minutes.then add salt,black pepper powder, white paper powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce and cook for few seconds. add boiled rice,fried egg, spring onion and cook for 4 minutes in low flame
  7. Now fried rice is ready
