  1. Heat a pan on a medium flame - when hot add oil

    - once the oil is heated add cumin seeds let it crackle
  2. Add onion and fry until golden brown

    - Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for a minute
  3. Now add green chilli, peas, capsicum, cauliflower & mix well with onion

    - Add salt as per taste and give it a mix
  4. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes


    - Remove the lid, give it a stir
  5. Add tomato, tomato puree, pav bhaji masala, red chilli, coriander powder and mix well

    keep stiring on medium flame until all vegetables and masalas are well combined
  6. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 4 -5  minutes
  7. Now add rice and mix with all ingredients until well combined
  8. Once mixed well add coriander leaves & give it a mix

    - Cover it with a lid and let it cook for a minute
  9. Remove the lid after one minute - the pulao is ready -  turn off the flame and remove it in a plate


    - Tomato Masala Pulao is ready - serve with raita or papad
